Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
